
ACL Announces Awardees for State NWD Systems Funding Opportunity
Summary
The Administration for Community Living (ACL) awarded 12 new grants through the Enhancing State No Wrong Door Systems for Efficient Access to Long-Term Services and Supports funding opportunity. The purpose of these grants is to strengthen state No Wrong Door System infrastructure, so it is easier for individuals in need of long-term services and supports (LTSS) to access existing community resources.
The projects funded through this opportunity will focus on at least one of the four core No Wrong Door functions:
- State governance and administration
- Public outreach and coordination with key referral sources
- Person-centered counseling
- Streamlined eligibility to public programs
