Money Follows the Person Demonstration: Overview of State Grantee Progress, January to December 2016

This report summarizes the progress of the Money Follows the Person demonstration in the 44 grantee states (including the District of Columbia) that were actively transitioning MFP participants in 2016. This report presents key indicators of progress, including the number of new enrollees, long-term services and supports expenditure levels, reinstitutionalizations, types of qualified housing, and employment supports. This report also presents findings about participant quality of life.
