Aging and disability resource centers (ADRCs) are required to have a written policy describing when and how they will follow-up with people that contact them for information and assistance. The policy helps determine outcomes and provides additional assistance when needed.

Launched on November 17, 2006, this website assists states in applying for their waiver. The site offers training materials, a migration protocol, a copy of the application, and a technical guide. Many questions can be answered in the FAQ section. The application can be downloaded as an html file in order to save your work. States can also allow CMS to view a draft before submitting a final copy.

This collection of materials comprises a short course for consumers to further peer support among individuals, to gain skills for use as Peer Support Specialists, to advance the use of warm lines and partnering activities, and to form and sustain peer support groups.
