On July 12, 2024, CMS released a companion guide to the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services (Access) Final Rule. This new resource provides guidance on the fee-for-service financial provisions of the Access Rule that relate to documentation of access to care and service payment rates. This initiative is a collaborative effort among various organizations aiming to showcase supportive workplaces that are inclusive for all workers.

The Administration for Community Living compiled all of the OAA COVID-19 guidance into one, comprehensive guide. This reference guide includes information on disaster declarations, as well as guidance for nutrition, ombudsman, elder justice, and other supportive services programs. Information on fiscal guidance and reporting requirements are also included. Additionally, questions and answers from all-state calls have been added to the reference guide.

The purpose of the AIRS Standards is to establish reference points that define expected practices within the field of Information and Referral (I&R) that can be used to measure the extent to which individual organizations are in compliance with those requirements. AIRS Standards provide essential guidelines that can be used to develop an I&R program to meet the needs of community.
