Webinar: Evidence-Based Kinship Navigator Programs

The Grandfamilies & Kinship Support Network is holding a webinar exploring three evidence-based kindship navigator program models. Kinship navigator models connect kin caregivers and their families, most of whom are not involved with the child welfare system, to critical services and support.

Each program included in this webinar has been found to be evidence-based by the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse and are eligible for ongoing, uncapped Title IV-E federal reimbursement of 50% of all costs. With a Notice of Funding Opportunity for Title IV-B funds to develop, enhance, or evaluate kinship navigator program expected to be released in spring 2026, this webinar will help prepare states and Tribes to capitalize on this opportunity to provide navigation services to kinship families across the country.
