Indiana FSSA, in partnership with ADvancing States, coordinated roundtable meetings between AAAs and independent case management agencies around the state to facilitate networking opportunities between agencies and the three Managed Care Entities (MCEs) that were selected to participate in the Indiana Pathways for Aging program.
